Janpan – Okinawa July 5th Only! Ocean Expo Memorial Fireworks Festival

There are some dark areas inside and outside the venue, so we recommend that you bring a flashlight or similar light.

• This activity cannot be rebooked.
• Paid seats are divided into blocks within each area, and staff will guide you to your seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
  Please understand that our goal is to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the show comfortably, and please sit close together.

• If you leave your seat, please leave your belongings behind and secure a seat. Please take care of your valuables.
• To protect yourself from the hot sun and heatstroke, please wear breathable clothing and a hat, and frequently replenish with fluids and salt.
• Smoking is prohibited within Emerald Beach. Please use the smoking areas within the park.
• There are temporary toilets in each area.
• Please leave your stroller in the designated area. Please take care of it yourself.
  ・There are designated areas for wheelchair users, including caregivers. Please bring your own wheelchair.
• Only small dogs are allowed to enter the venue if they are on a leash or in a cage. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.
• To ensure you can enjoy the fireworks safely within the venue, please follow the guidance and instructions of staff and security guards.
• We cannot be responsible for lost luggage or any disputes between visitors.
• Please take your trash home with you.
• Selfie sticks, radios, and devices that operate using radio waves (drones, radio-controlled cars, etc.) are prohibited.
• Loud fireworks may be set off. Please be considerate of people who are sensitive to noise, children, and pets.
• Parasols are permitted at all seats. Please close your umbrella when the sun goes down.
• 
  At this event, we will be taking photos and videos for record and publicity purposes.
  Filmed videos and images may be used for future event promotion and publicity (official SNS, website, posters, video production, etc.). Please note in advance.
• In order to reduce traffic congestion, please carpool as much as possible.
• Any disturbance to other visitors is prohibited.
• In case of an emergency such as getting lost or feeling unwell, please notify the nearest staff member or information desk.
• As roads in the surrounding area will be congested, we ask for your cooperation in carpooling when traveling to the venue.
• 
  ・Staff will guide you to your general seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sit in order from the front. If you have a companion, please enter with them.
  ・Please refrain from choosing a seat or reserving a seat without the guidance of staff.
  ・Regardless of age, there is a fee for using the space for one person in the general seats, but preschool children who can sit on your lap will be free.
  ・What you can bring in: Small coolers are allowed up to the size of the seat (50cm x 50cm).
  ・General seats are chairs, so tents and parasols are prohibited.

  light rain .・Cancellation decisions will be made one week before the event. (A comprehensive judgment will be made based on the forecast of typhoons and other severe weather on the day and during the preparation period.)・The final decision to cancel will be made at 11:00 on Saturday, July 5th.・In the event of cancellation, there will be no postponement .・Even after the final decision, the event may be canceled due to a comprehensive judgment due to weather changes (strong winds of 10m or more, heavy rain, severe weather such as lightning, unforeseen natural disasters, etc.). ・In the event of cancellation, the event will be announced on the official website, SNS, and other media.  ・In the event of cancellation of the Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival on Saturday, July 5th, we will refund the paid seats, but if the fireworks display is canceled due to severe weather after 11:00 on the day after the paid area opens, we will not refund the tickets. ・In the case of a refund, the purchase fee may not be refunded. ・Please understand that we cannot refund the tickets even if you are unable to attend due to your own circumstances or the traffic conditions on the day (traffic jams, delays in public transportation, etc.).
• Please present the voucher at the designated reception on the day.
  You will be given a wristband and we will confirm that you are wearing it.
  You will not be able to enter if you are not wearing a wristband.
  *Wristbands and paid seat tickets will not be reissued if they are lost.
  *Please make sure that you collect your wristband at reception in person. Bulk exchanges are not possible. (In the case of box seats, they will be given to the representative all at once.)
  *You will be able to enter and exit designated areas (re-enter) using the wristband.
  *Please note that we cannot offer a refund if you do not present your My Page at reception and are unable to receive your wristband.

  Please use the parking lot on the day of the fireworks festival.
  Every year, the parking lot in Ocean Expo Park fills up around 10:00 a.m., and the surrounding roads start to get crowded in the afternoon. Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, you may not be able to arrive at the fireworks festival depending on the time of day, so please come with plenty of time.
  
  *Parking is not included in the chair seats, box seats, and each area ticket. Please purchase a parking ticket separately.
  Please note that parking is limited.
  *Only one vehicle can be parked per parking ticket.
  *The parking lot can be used from 9:00 to 24:00. Please follow the instructions of the staff when parking.
  *Vehicles that can be parked are (width 2.5m x length 5.0m or less).
  *We will check your My Page voucher at the entrance to the parking lot on the day. If we cannot check it, you will not be able to park.
  *Please note that the organizers cannot handle any troubles that occur during the use of the parking lot (accidents, congestion, waiting, etc.).

  We cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to your own circumstances. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer refunds even if you are unable to attend due to traffic conditions on the day (traffic jams, delays in public transportation, etc.).
